Irrational guilt condemns us to live in the past.  Of all the healings we need the most, if we are to grow as persons, then learning to forgive ourselves is the most important.
Guilt and fear are a dangerous cocktail.  They leave us with such a destructive hangover that we are unable to live our lives in peace and happiness.  We are prisoners of the past who do not know how to live in the freedom of the present.  In our guilt about the past we have not only to forgive others but ourselves as well.  The healing of forgiveness of our hurtful past teaches us how to integrate it into our present life so that it no longer fills us with guilt.  There are many wonderful personal stories of healing in this CD which make it something so powerful that we are healed as we listen to it.

CD 6:  Track 1:

God meant us to hope, not only for the joys of heaven, but also for a meaningful, joyful life on earth.
When troubles come our way we know that we will win through because we have within us the power to believe that happiness is our birthright as Christians.
Christian hope tells us that we should be gloriously free to be ourselves.  "When Christ freed us he meant us to remain free."  (Galatians 5:1.)  This is the theme of the CD.  If we live in hope then we trust as Christians that God will help us to overcome the barriers which separate us from loving our true selves and being at peace.  Hope teaches us to evaluate ourselves correctly and gives us the courage to continue our search for self-discovery, self-fulfilment and the joy of living.

Track 2:

If we want deep inner peace, then we must be prepared to be healed.  Peace is an essential gospel word without which the message of Jesus Christ would be stripped of all its meaning.  Peace is the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit we attempt to live out in our own lives the implications of what peace meant to Jesus Christ.  It is after all his own peace which he offers to us.  The gospel of peace is not only Jesus' lived experience.  It is ours as well when we take his life-style and measure it against how we try to live it in our daily lives.  Jesus gave the word 'peace' a new meaning because his teaching made a deeper impression on the people because he taught them with authority, unlike their own scribes. (Matthew 7 : 29.)   We need the power of the Spirt in our lives when we pray for peace because peace is the gift of the Holy Spirit.

CD 7:   Track 1:

The Church is basically a family of Christians living out the gospel of Jesus Christ about the Kingdom of God the Father.  It was Our Lady who gave birth to Jesus Christ and through her he entered the human race.  Just as Christ is the Lord of the Church, so Mary is its Mother.  This is the role in which she saw herself in the  El Shaddai Movement.  Without women playing their special role in the Church then it would be diminished and lacking in the gospel fullness which Jesus and the Holy Spirit gave it.  There were women including the Mother of Jesus present when the Holy Spirit came at the First Pentecost and they received its power.  Surely the Holy Spirit did not pass her by!
Women have a unique role to play in theChurch and the world.  Oonagh Watters was with the El Shaddai Healing Movement since the start and she was the Mother and Soul of the movement.  She brought a gentleness and compassion wherever she went on the healing missions.  She was known for her discernement which is absolutely essential for any healing movement.  Her talk given at the Annual El Shaddai Conference at Scarborough, North Yorkshire was unscripted and obvioulsy comes across as to how she regarded the healing of people.  Her photograph together with Monsignor Michael Buckley is on the front of the CD.
